At Real American Retro Toys (“RAR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we take pride in offering carefully described and photographed vintage toys, games, and collectibles. Due to the unique and collectible nature of our items, our return policy is as follows:

1. All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

All items sold by Real American Retro Toys are considered final sale unless otherwise stated.

Returns are accepted only if:

- The item arrives damaged in transit, or

- The item is significantly different from the description or photos provided.

Normal wear consistent with vintage and collectible items does not qualify for a return.

2. 48-Hour Notification Requirement

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To request a return, customers must contact us and provide:

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

3. Condition of Returned Items

If a return is approved:

- The item must be returned in the same condition as received

- With original packaging (if applicable)

- Without additional damage or missing parts

Items that are altered, played with, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to RAR’s error

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items sold as-is

- Clearance or discounted items

- Mystery boxes or blind packs

- Items damaged after delivery

- Items returned without authorization

6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped by RAR.

RAR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Vintage & Collectible Disclaimer

All products sold by Real American Retro Toys are considered collectibles and not modern toys intended for child play unless otherwise stated. Minor imperfections and packaging wear are normal and should be expected.
